From Pandora Club to My Pandora

My Pandora marked the transformation of Pandora Club from a traditional loyalty programme into a more personal, intuitive and emotionally driven brand experience. I wanted to move beyond transactions, points and discounts, and instead create a membership universe that made you feel like you’re talking to a friend. Warm, human and rewarding in more ways than one.
Working closely with global brand, CRM and digital teams, I led the creative and copy direction for the relaunch, shaping the tone of voice, messaging framework and member journeys across email, web, app and in-store touchpoints. From welcoming new members to clearly communicating tiered benefits across Pink, Silver and Gold levels, the focus was on clarity, ease and making people feel seen. The result was a loyalty platform that felt less transactional and more like a relationship, one that grows with you over time.
